Services

All spa services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

If you feel that a service was not provided to an acceptable standard, please notify us on the same day so we can review and address the concern promptly.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preferences, expected results, or outcomes that vary due to individual skin conditions or aftercare compliance.
Products

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product has been inspected and approved for return.
