At Skin of Youth Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and products. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Services

  • All spa services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If you feel that a service was not provided to an acceptable standard, please notify us on the same day so we can review and address the concern promptly.

  • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to personal preferences, expected results, or outcomes that vary due to individual skin conditions or aftercare compliance.

Products

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product has been inspected and approved for return.

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, damaged, or are no longer in sellable condition cannot be returned or refunded.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare items or tools may be ineligible for return.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.
